These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZenYogis Club website and participation in any of our programs, including classes hosted at schools, daycare centres, community events, or venues operated directly by ZenYogis Club. By booking a service, creating an account, or interacting with our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Services Provided
ZenYogis Club offers yoga and mindfulness classes to children ranging from toddlers to teenagers. These sessions may be held at schools, early childhood centres, homeschool co-ops, community venues, or private spaces arranged by ZenYogis Club, including special programs such as school holiday camps and workshops.

Programs may be booked directly by institutions (e.g. schools or childcare centres) or by individual parents/guardians. All activities are designed to promote movement, creativity, emotional regulation, and wellness in age-appropriate formats.

 

Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made through our official website or via a written agreement for group/institutional services. Payments for individual classes, camps, or packages must be made in advance through our secure online checkout system, powered by Stripe. Pricing is clearly outlined prior to checkout, and your payment confirmation will be sent via email. ZenYogis Club does not accept cash payments for online purchases and reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings.

 

Cancellations and Refund Policy
For individual bookings (including camps or workshops), cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may be eligible for credit toward a future program, at the discretion of ZenYogis Club. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or no-shows unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
We do not offer make-up classes unless otherwise communicated. In special cases (e.g. illness), a credit may be offered at our discretion.
Group contracts with schools or childcare centres are subject to cancellation and refund terms outlined in the specific service agreement.

 

Participant Conduct and Safety
All children must behave respectfully toward instructors and peers. Where required, children must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or teacher. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
By enrolling, you confirm that all relevant medical or behavioural information has been disclosed to ZenYogis Club in advance, to help us support your child safely and appropriately.

 

Liability Disclaimer
While we take all reasonable measures to ensure a safe experience, participation in physical activity carries inherent risks. By enrolling your child in a ZenYogis program, you acknowledge that ZenYogis Club, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation, except where caused by proven negligence.
Parents, guardians, and school representatives are responsible for ensuring participants are medically fit to join the activities offered.

Accounts and Website Access
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Through your account, you can view purchase history, manage bookings, and store billing info securely. Any unauthorised access or misuse may result in suspension and legal action.

 

Photography and Media Release
Photographs or video recordings may be taken during classes or events for marketing and public engagement. These may appear on our website, printed materials, or social media platforms.
 

By agreeing to these Terms, you grant ZenYogis Club permission to feature your child in such materials in a respectful and appropriate way.
If you prefer that your child not be photographed or featured in any way, please notify us in writing by emailing hello@zenyogis.com.au, or indicate this clearly on your registration form prior to their participation.

Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
All content found on our website — including written materials, class formats, imagery, and branding — is the intellectual property of ZenYogis Club and may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without written permission. Resources shared during classes are for personal use only.

 

Modifications to Services
ZenYogis Club may reschedule or cancel classes at its discretion due to venue issues, public health changes, or instructor emergencies. If this occurs, we will notify participants as early as possible and offer alternatives or credits where appropriate.

 

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes related to our website or services will be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.

ZenYogis Club may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to check back periodically.
